Purpose and scope
This policy explains how verixtrade handles information. verixtrade is a free directory of verified trading communities. You do not need an account to browse the directory, and you join any listed community directly through its own link — verixtrade does not intermediate that join and collects no information from you for it.
Information we collect
Browsing the directory and joining communities does not require you to give verixtrade any personal information. The only time we receive personal information is if you voluntarily submit a trader application, or if you message us on Telegram. In those cases we only collect what you choose to share in that message or form.
How we use your information
Information from trader applications is used to review communities for possible listing. Information from Telegram messages is used to reply to you. We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
Data sharing
We share data only with service providers who help operate the platform (such as hosting and messaging providers), under contractual confidentiality, or when required by law. verixtrade does not process payments and does not collect or store payment card information.
External communities
Communities listed in the directory are independent third-party groups. When you join a community, any information you share with that community is governed by its own privacy policy and terms, not by verixtrade. We have no control over how third-party communities handle your data.
Data retention and your rights
Trader applications and support correspondence are retained only for as long as needed for review, follow-up and applicable legal obligations. You may contact us via Telegram to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, subject to applicable law.
